In F-1 do they ever have no compete clauses or something to that nature. So they don't lose any new engineering secrets to their competitors? Or is just the nature of the beast?

I'm sure that there is some sort of 'agreement' re: the former team's engineering info, but I don't know the specifics of how that works & what is/isn't "off limits" for sharing.

I am not quite sure why Bernie continues to alienate potential teams by not providing a modicum of help to smaller teams by simply standing idly by. I wonder if he is going to influence the chances of success of Haas in 2016 or whether Hass will simply be better prepared, have the support and resources, and be better organized to make Bernie look like the dolt that he is?

The yellow would be a color apart for Haas. Those rounded intakes on the Ferrari's look so much like Granitelli's Indy turbine cars and of course the color matches the STP red of back-in-the-day.
