More evidence suggesting what I have purported all along. That being, potential HC candidates are not choosing the Lakers because of the shitshow they will face. Latest candidate to take another offer is Charles Lee from Boston going to Charlotte.

This is a crappy trade proposal because LaVine is like Vanderbilt: The dude can't stay healthy and he is way overpaid. If it were somebody younger than maybe. On the upside though, LaVine is a bit of a better player than all three that Chicago is getting. the Lakers should ask for a Second Rounder in this year's draft and then the trade would be pretty decent.

I would be laughing and hanging up the phone.

LaVine is over paid and injury prone.

The Lakers could do better if they are trading Russell away.

And Russell isn’t the problem anyway.

It must be in the LA water because this potential suggested trade this summer near the draft is simply giving up way too much for any of the potential trade targets such as Trae Young, DeJounte Murray, and/or Donovan Mitchell. Three number ones for any ONE of those players is too much.

Then of course there is the Brony James issue. Keeping James and then having him demand that the Lakers trade for Brony's rights is just more of the same shit the Lakers have been dealing with since James arrived. It would be better if the Lakers let James walk and go play with his son on the team that drafts Brony! Then the Lakers can focus on obtaining one of the young players aforementioned without mortgaging the future like they did with AD.

If this is true, this is just stupid. Giving James this kind of influential power through Klutch Sports on the future hiring of a HC and the roster adjustments to come is just ridiculously stupid. This guarantees that the Lakers will not make any further advances toward another championship as long as James and Klutch Sports are in the building. And this also means that not too many coaches are going to want to sign with LA to deal with this continuing shitshow!!

Coach Bud has reason to want the Suns job.

He from AZ.

His shooting performances vs Denver indicate otherwise.

That is no surprise. Before DRuss did his annual disappearing act in the post-season, he stated he was going to decline his option. He is going to look around and see if he can get overpaid. Had a good year shooting but then did his usual disappearing act to the behest of Ham and others. What a pile of dogshit this guy has developed into.

Hoopshype has the final decision for HC coming down to between Borrego and Kenny Atkinson from Steve Kerr's staff. Meanwhile, James wants to play just two more years. Probably will sign the max deal for those particulars.

BTW, New Orleans is rattlin' about maybe cleaning house with trading Williamson and Brandon Ingram. BI would be a good replacement for say Vanderbilt and the Lakers are intimating that they may trade the 17th, First Round pick this year.

Interesting indeed.

From the Dan Patrick Show:

"LeBron's friendships in the NBA tend to fall out as quick as they start. There's a long line of former teammates that he was buddy buddy and when it's over they're gone."-@WindhorstESPN on the possibility of JJ Redick becoming the #Lakers HC because of friendship w. LeBron

Would that not be interesting if the Lakers went and got BI and Josh Hart, convinced DRuss to re-sign with the Lakers, and tried to pry Larry Nance loose. That would fall under the category of bringing back all the players the Lakers gave-up on too soon! lol!

Have to give up on something too soon to get a guy like AD.

A lot of speculation going on here. If Hood-Schifino gave nothing to the Lakers all season which is true, then what dumbass selected him in the first place?
