i saw that del potro lost to pospisil

it was a close match, though, which is a good sign for delpo. pospisil is very good.

even though he had to mutilate his wrist to win his 1 major, i still root for delpo. he can beat just about anybody on any given day.

wow, what happened to almagro? he's usually one of the fitter guys out there.

he's going all nalbandian. thankfully he's still only in stage 1, though.

Wow Madison Keys was a major disappointment in these 2 tourneys. You gotta perform well at least at one of these huge tournaments

sock is impressive.

really hope he keeps working to get fitter and fitter. if he does, there's no reason he shouldn't be able to crack the top 10 in the next couple of years.

the backhand isn't nearly the liability it was even a year ago.

Remember that Almagro used be called "Fat Nic". Looks like he is reverting back to his old ways. He got in shape and got into the top 10, but seems like he is regressing again physically.

Too bad. Funny you mention Nalbandian too. These 2 guys had more talent then 98% of the top players who have ever played, but unfortunately you cant be the best if the game is not your first priority in life. Training is critical to success these days that you will never see another "Natural" rise to the top without putting in the work.

How do you think he'll do on clay?

Damn.

I usually like Indian Wells and Miami, at least the last few rounds.

Hopefully this can be another good tourney during the final weekend of Miami.

Glad Del Potro is coming back. He'll be another good player to watch during the clay court season, and the FO.

I also want to see him at any big tourney.

sock's forehand will EXPLODE off the court and cause lots of problems for opponents. hitting balls up around the ears for 2 hours is not easy. but since clay rewards all strokes, it exposes his extremely weak backhand.

if he progresses how he should, sock should be one of the better clay players we've produced since courier and agassi to a slightly lesser extent. that's a big IF, though. also, it's not really saying much since we've had such terrible clay players for so long.

Dimitrov vs Isner tomorrow night session.
first time they've ever played.

intriguing matchup, and a real barometer for how dimitrov has progressed over the past few months. he's getting stronger every month, it seems. the work with rasheed is paying off.

returning is still one of dimitrov's biggest weaknesses. he does everything else pretty great. so a good opponent to figure out if isner's non-serve skills are high right now.

like i said, an intriguing matchup. should be close.

Nadal is off his cycle and losing left and right to anyone you name it! I just hope someone takes him and the drama out of the FO Early!
