His line was pretty good, and he looks progressively worse and worse. I very well could be wrong. Hes no nick chubb or hunt, or d’ernest johnson.
Well...chubb nor hunt never lead the league in rushing, twice. Not bad for his first seven years

I'd welcome him back at 3 to 4M all day

My comments aren't dismissing how good he was. He was really dang good. My comments are merely what he is now. for 3-4 in a reduced role, sure. But some folks are talking like hes still the guy.

I guess some might be, but I haven’t seen anyone say that.

Apologies on semantics, but saying hes good, or has gas in the tank, or hes talented etc....tend to make one think folks are saying that hes well good or has gas left in the tank.... if thats to suggest hes going to be a complimentary piece then thats fine.

I don't see how saying he's good for 3 mil means he's what he was.

No one is arguing that.

But for a team like Cincy to grab him and release Mixon it's also about the production they got from Mixon. Which relative to Zeke wasn't an upgrade.

He is worth what a team will pay.
I'd pay 3 to 4M to keep him. We'll see what he gets on the market.

He'd still be a great goal line specialist for a team. He doesn't have the burst that made him dynamic but he's still great at battling for an extra yard or 2. Also a great pass protection guy.

Almost 900 yards in a time share and 12 TDs. I’d say he has some gas left in the tank. He’ll be fine in a committee at a much cheaper price

I just wonder how his attitude and locker room presence will hold up if he's #2 or by committee. I frankly don't want him in Seattle.

I honestly don't think that would be a problem at all Shark. He was really well liked still in Dallas despite Pollard getting more and more of the spotlight. If the price is right at approx 3 mil, he would be a good guy to spell Walker. Of course, in the late rounds of the draft, a team can get a guy or two that give a team depth. I do like Zeke's ability to pick up blitzers though and he could help in passing downs.

Not many want to be in Seattle.

Sure about that? A team that was supposed to be drafting top 5 (not from the Broncos pick) actually made the playoffs (and were doing okay until the 2nd half collapse) and had a QB win CPOY and have made solid moves so far in free agency and should be drafting either Carter or Anderson with the #5? Two great receivers, a great TE trio, a snubbed ROY runningback... no state income tax, decent property taxes, great HFA...
