How come the Surge Wrasse and Bird Wrasse have such different snouts? Either I'm looking at the wrong fish or I'm in a landlocked state and only know pigs & cows.Regal Angelfish

I guess what I'm really after is: "what makes a Wrasse....well.... a Wrasse"?
Never heard of her....The wrasse family is one of the largest classification. From large to tiny, different snouts, wildly different colors.
When I can't figure out a fish, I just label it wrasse. Lol.
