Cox came over from the A's in the Stripling trade. He already has 20 steals on the season. He's 24, so a little old for low A. Hopefully he can move up to Eugene soon.

Looks like the minors are loaded with pitchers. Hitters, not so much.
Some of the pitchers are a bit old for their leagues as well (for example, Ben Madison is 26 and pitched in AA last year).
I don’t know how the PCL is as a whole this year (i.e. is offense down like in the bigs?) but the fact that the only two hitters have an OPS north of .800 is sad.
