As for the lottery, will post this later over on that thread but since this is the active thread I will do it here - The haters and conspiracy theorist out there are saying that the league will try to help the Heat get back on track by manipulating the lottery to in fact get a top 10 pick - some going as far to say that the league will do what it can to get them to the top 3 - for or against, I have never been a fan of the conspiracy thoughts - If something happens, it is because that is how it was meant to be and move on - So, if in fact the Heat do end up within these picks , I say its legit. Lets not make this a big issue either way
