Steve Wojciechowski

He's on fire recruiting. He's landed three 4 star players and one five star player. Today five star forward Henry Ellenson out of Rice Lake, Wisconsin announced he will be going to Marquette. Ellenson is rated the number two power forward in the nation. So far he has landed three very good in state prospects and the year before landed another guard from Seymour ,Wisconsin.

Glad to see Wojo doing such a bang up job. Can't wait to see these kids play. Congrats.

Wojo has been stellar recruiting at Duke. He is avery determined recruiter. Marquette is fortunate to have him.

I am elated we have Wojo as a coach. I've always been a huge Krzyzewski fan and the apple don't fall far from the tree. Right now our recruiting class for 2015 is ranked number 3 in the nation from Scout.com. We've done really well in state. When Buzz Williams left we lost most of our recruits and Wojo fortunately kept one local kid who lives just ten minutes from where I live and then followed it up with three other Wisconsin kids who were all four stars or higher. I think this year might be a challenging year but I am really looking forward to seeing how quick he can mold this into something real good. I always liked Buzz Williams but didn't think he did a good job last season. It was the first season I felt like the team didn't give that great effort we had seen in previous seasons. I root for Marquette but have always rooted for Duke to since my father kind of adopted Duke as a second team , probably since coach K is a fellow Pollack, we have to stick together. Either way, go Golden Eagles and go Duke.

Marquette is already having slapping drills.

Good start to the season. The Golden Eagles knocked down a bunch of threes last night. Going to be a interesting season. Not very big but should be fun to watch. I think we'll be a much better shooting team. Some intriguing athletes. Can't wait until the big guns get here.

The #7 recruit in the nation Diamond Stone is from Milwaukee. I wonder what he'll end up doing.

He's not coming to Marquette. Marquette already has Henry Ellenson 6-10" five star player out of Rice Lake Wisconsin and Matt Heldt 6-10" four star out of Neenah. Diamond Stone is considering UW along with a handful of other schools.

Stone is considering UCONN , MARYLAND, OKLA STATE AND WISCONSIN.
