Complete crap.

Once a season starts a school should not be able to 'self' impose a ban, especially in a season where it was looking more and more like an NIT berth than an NCAA berth.

That's the NCAA for you, though. I'm not really shocked.

as a lifelong SU fan I want to believe all this but I'm having a hard time. This whole situation has an undeniable odor to it that isn't going away unless the NCAA steps up and says they were all in on this. That said , if UNC doesn't get whacked and I mean seriously whacked then something is really wrong. What they did is beyond question , in fact it's well documented and known. UNC needs to take a serious , very public fall and pay for what's happened there. What SU did is so far from what's been going on at UNC for years they don't belong in the same discussion. We'll see, but I have no hope the NCAA is gonna do anything to UNC becuz that's just how it works.

I've lost an article I came across. The author came to the conclusion that the public will never know the results of the NCAA investigation into SU because SU's a private school and can suppress the release.

Has anyone heard of this before?

Funny you should mention that. I'm also a UK fan as my brother got a set of teeth at UK at a steep discount. The man is the "prince of Lexington" as he has a truck, a job, and teeth. Very rare in those parts....LOL

If you want to make fun of Kentucky, that's one thing. As whole, the state is a shitpile. (then again, so is Florida) But having lived in Lexington I can confidently say, you clearly don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

I could characterize Naples based on all the airboat-drivin' swamp drinkers in Florida, but instead I'll just point out that Lexington has a higher median & per-capita income, and has a more educated populace than Naples. Once again, demonstrating you have no fucking idea what you're talking about.
